It's not a Chinese character. It's even written in the wrong way. At least there are two mistakes
from the point of view of Chinese calligraphy:
1) The longest horizontal line (倒数第五笔,横): the bump on the left side of the line
should be on the right side;
2)The curve at the bottom right( 最后一笔,捺): the curve should be wide on the head and
narrow down to the tail.

That doesn't really look like Xu Bing. Xu Bing looks Xixia.

What's Xixia? The dynasty? Did they have their own characters?

I get really depressed when I see T-shirts and bedclothes with signs that look like Chinese
characters but, in fact, are not. And then I get more depressed when I have to tell people that
marks on their shirts are not characters. They come very happy to me and tell me:"Look, I have
T-shirt with Chinese characters," And then, when I tell them the truth, they leave..... unhappy.
